Human Connection Education

The Fika Classroom™

The Fika Classroom™ brings a simple idea into the school day: human connection includes skills that students can practice. Inspired by the Swedish tradition of fika, the framework creates structured opportunities for conversation, listening, relationships, leadership, reflection and presence — with choice, privacy and accessibility built into participation.
